To the Right is Captain Sean, better know as Eff. Eff is short for Effervescent due to his sparkling and cheerful personality. Sean is the lead captain and heads his current team of Don, Alex, Alexandra and Steve. Bubba and Bubbles are on sick leave but you can see them down below.

Don, our master chef. Learned his trade in the military but soon found he could keep 40 football players very happy.

Don was one of the head chefs for a major NFL football franchise.

Alex, up above is a student and headed for a medical career. She spends her summers and weekends on the Southern Wave on South Padre Island

Matt Theiss, formerly one of the Beach Bums is our on board musician and entertainer. For 15 years, the Beach Bums was the premier tropical band on the Island. Matts mix of tropical and boatsy (is that a word?) music makes The Southern Wave a must do activity on the Island.
If you can sing, Matt is always willing to share his mike. 

To round off the team, we have Tom, Robin and Rhonda. Tom is chef extraordinaire, (trained by Bubba) and is on board when Bubba needs a break. Robin and Rhonda handle the reservations. The Southern Wave has the best crew on the South Padre Island and we'll all make sure that you have a memorable experience.

Bubba is another of our cooks and a first mate. His real name is Skye but goes by Bubba when he cooks brisket and Louis when cooking escargot and frogs legs. (See hat disguise)

You know you can trust a chef who eats his own food, and you can often hear him say, "Je suis le plus grand chef cuisinier dans Texas"

To our left, next to Bubba we have Bubbles. Bubbles is our marketing and customer service expert. You will usually find her as hostess our our cruises. She sometimes goes by the name of Regina but once you've taken one of our cruises, you'll know why she's know world wide as Bubbles.

You can tell by the smile on Bubbles face that she just loves her job. To the far left, she's standing next to our leader and Admiral, Eh. (Eh is a self appointed Admiral and a Canadian, Eh)
