Our trips on the Southern Wave shouldn't be considered just another dolphin watch. If that's all you want to do, there are other boats on South Padre that provide 1 to 1 1/2 hour trips for a reasonable price. The trips on Southern Wave are an afternoon of fun and sun as we travel to the jetties and the mouth of the Gulf of Mexico. This is a 2 1/2 hour sail on a large stable catamaran with enough room to sprawl out and get some sun. We'll travel to a world of sun, brisk winds and the amazing bottlenose dolphins. We've had over 50 surround our boat and we're rarely skunked. Although we see these families of dolphins nearly every day, we still find them exciting as they perform around Southern Wave.

On all of our afternoon trips, you'll enjoy complimentry soft drinks and bottled water. Feel free to bring your own snacks and adult beverages, and if you like, we can provide lunch, a chef and a hostess. This is truly one of the best ways to experience a wonderful afternoon under the sunny skies of South Padre Island.

During certain times of the year on South Padre Island, watch for our shrimp feasts. We'll keep gallons of peel and eat shrimp for your "All You Can Eat" enjoyment.
