Our trips on the Southern Wave shouldn't be considered just another dolphin watch. If that's all you want to do, there are other boats on South Padre that provide 1 to 1 1/2 hour trips for a reasonable price. The trips on Southern Wave are an afternoon of fun, sun and food as we travel to the dolphin grounds. This is a 2 1/2 to 3 hour cruise on a large stable catamaran with enough room to sprawl out and get some sun as we sail to the world of the amazing bottlenose dolphins. We've had over 50 surround our boat and we're rarely skunked. Although we see these families of dolphins nearly every day, we still find them exciting as they perform around Southern Wave.

On selected trips you'll enjoy a delicious selection of fruits, snacks, burgers and hotdogs as we sail to our destinations and enjoy a wonderful afternoon under the sunny skies of South Padre Island. We'll have lots of beverages but feel free to BYOB.

During certain times of the year on South Padre Island, watch for our shrimp feasts. We'll keep gallons of peel and eat shrimp for your "All You Can Eat" enjoyment.
