We will need your first name, a phone number where you can be reached, a major credit card including the number and expiration date. When you are making a reservation, you are purchasing seats on one of Southern Waves cruises.

Those seats belong to you until you tell us otherwise.

You can choose to pay cash, credit or debit at the dock. If you don't show up for your cruise, the seats are still yours and we will charge the credit card you provided. If you can't make one of our trips, read our cancelation policy, give us a call and you won't be charged.

Cancelation Policy

• To cancel a reservation for a dolphin or snorkel cruise, call anytime the day before the cruise.

• To cancel a sunset/dinner cruise, call at least 4 hours before the departure time.
   

• To cancel a private charter, call at least 21 days before the event for a full refund. Cancelations made within 21 day can be rescheduled for the next available date.

• All cancelations due to bad weather (except fireworks) will be re-scheduled or fully refunded.
